Virtual Assistant and Automation
We use an AI-based chatbot on our website to improve customer service. When you interact with it, the data you provide (such as your name, email address, or details of your query) is processed in order to respond to you and offer the requested services.
Legal basis for processing: the user’s consent, freely given by initiating the conversation or completing the contact form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Data captured through the chat is securely transmitted via automatic integrations to a private database in Google Sheets. This information is used solely to contact you. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Who we share your data with
Your data is only shared with service providers strictly necessary for our operations:

How long we keep your data
Chat and contact form data: retained for 12 months from the last interaction. After that period, data will be deleted unless an active commercial relationship exists.
Client data with an active contract: retained for the duration of the business relationship and, afterwards, for the period required by applicable tax and commercial regulations.
Website comments: 12 months from publication.
Once these retention periods expire, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD), you have the right to:
- Access: obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and access it.
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Where your data is sent
Contact details and enquiries received through our AI assistant are automatically sent to our internal database in Google Sheets (Google LLC servers, based in the U.S., subject to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). If requested by the user, communication may also be handled through WhatsApp or Gmail.
No international data transfers are made outside the safeguards established by the European Commission
